Biochemist by training
I don’t guess at routines. I understand the hormones behind postpartum recovery, cortisol spikes, and sleep disruption. If it doesn’t make sense biochemically, it’s not going on the blog.

Mom of 2 by reality
C-section and vaginal birth. I’ve lived the 10am crash, the 3pm rage, and the “why am I crying over spilled milk” moments. I test everything on myself first.

Teacher by day
I manage 45 students daily. If a system works for a classroom, it’ll work for a sleep-deprived mom. I turn complex science into 5-minute steps you can actually do.

Skeptic turned tester
I analyze products, routines, and supplements so you don’t waste money or time on things that don’t work postpartum.

My mission: help moms do life smarter, not harder. I combine my biochemistry background with my classroom management skills to provide science-backed solutions for the modern mom.
